I desgined it based on the principals persented in "Atomic Habits" by
James Clear:
Habit Stacking: I will do ___ at ___ during ____, then I will do ___
etc
Giving high priority to the NOT-to-do list
Strucutring micro and macro plans and creating your own deadlines to
stay on track with values
To make sure you are sticking with your values or the values you
want, you will use an Esienhower square
Included parameters for fault tolerance, and timing how long tasks
take
Graph energy levels throughout the day, and plan deepwork based on
those
A system to break larger tasks into smaller ones (side quests)
Checkboxes, and other dopeamine producing systems spread throughout
the website
And many other smaller principals applied throughout
